To get started, grab a mixing bowl and combine two cans of tuna, light mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, an egg, bread crumbs, black pepper and chopped parsley. Form this mixture into six equal patties. In a skillet, heat two tablespoons of olive oil to medium-high heat. Cook each tuna patty for three minutes per side until they are golden brown. - 2-4 oz. cans of tuna, packed in water, drained
- 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- In a bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon, egg, black pepper, breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
- Form mixture into 6 patties.
- Heat olive oil in skillet to medium-high. Once oil is hot, place patties on skillet and cook for 3 minutes per side or until patties are golden brown.
