Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked in water for 4+ hours
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp. smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • ¾ cup canned diced fire roasted tomatoes with chilies

Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients except for the fire roasted tomatoes with chilies. Add more water to thin it out as needed.
  2. Stir in fire roasted tomatoes with chilies.
  3. Pour into a bowl and serve with chips or veggies.
