Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 4 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 oz. (~1/4 cup) dried candied ginger
  • ½ cup almonds

Directions:

  1. Add dates, ginger, almonds and 2 tablespoons of the cacao powder to a food processor.
  2. Process until well combined and a dough-like consistency.
  3. Roll dough into 10 balls and toss into remaining cacao powder to coat.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
