How much will it cost to ship my Nutrisystem order?
Frozen foods are available in the Contiguous U.S. only and select Canada locations. Frozen foods cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. Boxes or military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories and possessions.
How much will it cost to ship my order within the Contiguous U.S.?
Shipping is $9.99 for both 2-week and 4-week auto-delivery plans that are non pre-pay orders (both frozen and non-frozen). For plans that include frozen and non-frozen food items, your order may be delivered in two separate shipments.
For Club Advantage members, shipping is FREE for all non-frozen food orders regardless of the amount of the purchase. Orders for frozen food that are $99 or more are also shipped for free. A $20 shipping charge shall apply to frozen food orders less than $99.
NOTE: Month to Month plans or non pre-pay auto-delivery plans will incur standard shipping rates.

Will take up to 1 to 5 business days from when the order is placed. However, this time frame may take up to 10 business days if the carrier experiences any delays.
How much will it cost to ship my order outside the Contiguous U.S.?
Orders for 2-week and 4-week plans (non-frozen only) and/or Club Advantage orders (non-frozen only) shipping to: AK, HI, Puerto Rico, APO and PO Boxes, military addresses and other U.S. territories and possessions and Canada will incur standard shipping rates.
